Welcome to Sammation. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Sammation.
"Client," "you," or "your" refers to the business or individual engaging our services.
"Services" means the virtual assistant support, operational consulting, custom workflows, and related materials provided by Sammation.

2. Services provided

Sammation offers virtual assistant and operational support services, including but not limited to workflow management, tool setup and optimization, administrative support, and strategic planning. All services are tailored to client needs and provided based on agreed scopes of work.

3. Use of services

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. You must not misuse our services or use them for unlawful activities.

4. Fees and payment

All fees will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract. Payment terms are Net 30 (due within 30 days of the invoice date) unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Intellectual property

All templates, workflows, systems, and materials created by Sammation during the engagement remain the property of Sammation unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

7. Liability

Sammation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.
